Admission Pricing:

  • Adults for Guided Tours $15

    Adult price is for guests 12 years and older.

  • Adults for Audio Tours $12

    Adult price is for guests 12 years and older.

  • Seniors, Students, etc. $10

    Seniors, students, military personnel (active and retired), teachers, and first responders. Valid ID is required.

  • Children $6

    7 to 12 years of age. Children under the age of 6 are free.

  • Flagler College Students $5

    Take the afternoon to explore our historic property; bring a picnic lunch and study under our orange trees! Valid Student ID is required.

  • St. Johns County Residents $5

    St. Johns County residents only, please. Valid ID is required.

  • NARM & ROAM Members FREE

We have many gift ideas that are unique to St. Augustine and perfect for every occasion. Most of the items in our store are locally made, emphasizing local potters, craftsmen, jewelers, and makers of all kinds, you are sure to find a unique token of your time in our city here at the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum. 
Our Museum Store is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm, with a delayed opening of 11:00am on Wednesdays. 

Getting Here

The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum is located on Aviles Street in the heart of Old St. Augustine, south of the Plaza de la Constitution. Explore the bricked streets of our old neighborhood, stop in to some art galleries, and enjoy the quieter side of town.

Parking

Free parking is available at 28 Cadiz Street, but it is limited and on a first-come basis in our gravel parking lot. Parking is only for the duration of your tour or event. Please note that our parking lot is very small and may be full upon your arrival.

Paid parking is available behind the museum complex at Trinity Episcopal Church.

Free street parking may be available in the neighborhood.

Upon Arrival

When visiting, please enter through the Courtyard and proceed up the walk to the Fig Tree Gift Shop to check in for your tour or purchase tickets.

Docent-guided tours are available daily at 11:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m., weather permitting. Self-guided audio tours are available all day.

Match Program:

The Ximenez Fatio House Museum on Aviles Street in St. Augustine is honored to have been chosen by the Jessie Ball duPont Foundation for a Match program to take place ONLINE between Nov. 1, and Dec. 31, 2025.   We are in the middle of a very special preservation program to prepare our 227-year-old museum for our nation’s celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. 

Please Note:

We will be closed on Wednesday, May 21st. Regular operating hours will resume on Thursday, May 22nd.
